Question by Utopian Friend: Is the poisoning of thousands of Cats & Dogs a conspiracy for Protectionism as China is claiming?
Chinese authorities are fed up with the bad publicity with Chinese product export recalls & are claiming this is 'disguised protectionism' from other countries. This was reported on CBC NEWS WORLD TV Channel, Aug. 22, '07.
