Scotland's housing market has suffered a sharp decline. Edinburgh remains the largest market, with sales worth nearly four hundred million pounds but even in the capital numbers slumped by thirteen percent. Also in the news; Scotland rugby international, Max Evans, who's been charged with assault, has had his trial adjourned to allow him to play in the Rugby World Cup. In sport; Hearts have appointed former Sporting Lisbon Head Coach Paulo Sergio as their new manager.
