Question by Nina: What part of the body does cycling tone?
I've been going on 40 minute (or more) bike rides once or occasionally twice a day (if I have time) for the last couple of weeks (losing weight for holiday!)
I am just wondering which parts of the body does cycling actually tone/lose weight off?
Also any healthy meal ideas/tips would be great too

Answer by sladecycling trains ur thighs and ur joints. besides, its a great cardio workout so u;;
