Question by : What have the new architects changed about the new One World Trade Center to prevent another 9/11?
From the look of the building, it seems like they didn't even consider another 9/11 possibly happening when they re-designed it.
I should probably rephrase "preventing another 9/11" and instead say "prevent another tower collapse".
