Q&A: Laws of universal gravity physics problem ?

Question by Tuyet T: Laws of universal gravity physics problem ?
A satellite is in a circular orbit just above the surface of the Moon. What are the satellite's (a) acceleration (b) speed? (c) What is the period of the satellite orbit?

mass of moon is 7.36 x 10^22 kg
radius of moon from center to surface 1.74 x 10^6

Best answer:
Answer by rozeta53M=7.36e22 kg, R=1.74e6 m
γ=6.674e-11 Nm²/kg²
m = mass of the satellite
(b) F=Gravitational force = Centripetal force
γMm/R²=mv²/R ==>
