Question by mishi: Nasal rinse, has anyone had success with nasal irrigation using a saline solution for plugged up noses?
I suffer from seasonal and animal allergies. This summer has been one of the worst as far as my sinuses go. At least one of my nostrils is always plugged up, effecting my sense of smell and taste. I have started using nasal irrigation, but I wanted to see if anyone else has any success stories, as I have not seem much change yet.
